What To Expect

A structured rollout from strategy to qualified meetings

When you work with The Leads Bridge Group, you are not buying random outreach. You step into a structured outbound operating model — from ICP analysis and TAM sizing to infrastructure, launch, qualification, reporting, and KPI-led execution.

Step 1 · Discovery

It starts with a conversation

We meet first to understand your business — your offer, target market, current outbound efforts, and what is working and what is not. If you are already running outbound but not scaling, we diagnose why.

  • Offer, ICP, and target-market fit
  • Current outbound, bottlenecks, and sales capacity
  • Goals for meetings, pipeline, and expansion
!Inconsistent meeting flow
!Weak targeting
!Low reply quality
!Deliverability problems
!No proper infrastructure
!No clear ICP
!Manual follow-up
!No outbound process
Step 2 · TAM Analysis

Then we do the math

After the first discussion, we run a Total Addressable Market analysis based on your agreed ICP — so the opportunity is grounded in real numbers, not guesses.

  • Industry fit, geography, and company size
  • Buyer roles and decision-maker mapping
  • Reachable accounts, contact pool, and realistic meeting potential
  • Expansion logic where relevant

Step 3 · Opportunity Review

We come back with the numbers

A second discussion where we walk through the opportunity model and confirm the engagement is a fit.

Step 4 · KPI Alignment

KPIs agreed before you sign

Before any contract is signed, minimum KPI expectations are agreed in advance — commercial confidence, in writing.

1Minimum qualified meetingsAn agreed floor of qualified meetings for the period
2Qualification criteriaWhat counts as qualified is defined up front
3Decision-maker fitMeetings with the right seniority and role
4Industry & ICP fitProspects matched to your target profile
5Attendance / show criteriaShow expectations set clearly
6Timeline expectationsWhen results are measured over the term

Accountability built into the contract

If the agreed minimum KPI is not reached within the contract period, the contract is extended at no additional time-limit until the minimum KPI is achieved. We stay accountable to the outcome, not just the effort.

Step 5 · Setup Phase

Once signed, setup begins — typically 3–4 weeks

An operational build phase before a single message goes out.

Week 1
Infrastructure provisioningDomain setup, inbox setup, authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
Week 1-2
Deliverability preparationControlled warm-up and inbox-health monitoring
Week 2
Data & segmentationLead sourcing, verification, and prospect segmentation
Week 2-3
Campaign architectureSequencing, routing, CRM alignment, and project planning
You are not charged during setup. Billing begins at launch — the ~1-month setup and warm-up period is on us, so you only pay once campaigns go live.
Step 6 · Strategy & Messaging

A strategy session, then the messaging lab

We go deeper into prospect pain points, objections, offer positioning, and the signals that indicate need or timing — then craft the sequences and templates and wait for your approval before launch.

  • Role-based messaging and market-specific nuance
  • Email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up logic
  • Qualification language and CTA logic
  • Client approval before anything goes live

Step 7 · Launch
